Instructions

Preheat oven to 375.

Step 1
Oil 8”x8” baking dish.
Step 2
Pour flour Into bowl with tight fitting lid. Add chicken in batches, shaking to coat. Shake off excess flour & place pieces prepared dish, making sure not to lay them flat. (They should have the same shape as they were in the package.)
Step 3
In sm. bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, & seasonings; pour evenly over the chicken.
Step 4
Cover; bake (30 min.) Uncover & bake (15 min. longer), basting occasionally with sauce.
Step 5
Serve.
