Instructions
Step 1
Peel and grate the white raddish and squeeze any excess water
Step 2
Add in all the remaining ingredients (cumin, coriander, fenugreek leaves, chilli powder, green chillies and fresh coriander)
Step 3
Add salt just before using the mixture for parathay otherwise it will release more moisture
Step 4
Make the paratha as normal and use the mooli mixture as filling. Serve with mint chutney. (1 mooli mixture made 5 parathas)
