One Pot Alfredo

Works well with shrimp too. Add veggie of your choice to the pasta at the end. I like broccoli with chicken or a combo of asparagus and spinach with shrimp.

Instructions

Step 1
In a pot, heat the oil and brown the chicken.
Step 2
Add garlic, and sauté for about a minute.
Step 3
Add broth, half and half, and pasta, and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Cover and reduce the heat to a simmer for 15 min or until pasta is done.
Step 5
Turn off heat and stir in parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Top with parsley if desired.
