Instructions

Step 1
1) In a large bowl, stir together 1 lb shaved beef, 1 tsp chipotle powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, and juice from 1 lime. Transfer mixture to a vacuum bag and seal.
