To make this recipe in the oven, arrange a rack in the top of the oven and heat to 425°F. Pat chicken dry and season with ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp ground black pepper. Arrange chicken breasts on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes or until chicken registers 150°F with an instant-read thermometer.
