This is a simple variation to my southern peach Cobbler.

Instructions
Step 1
In a skillet over medium heat, add butter

Add frozen peaches
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients except for the sweetened condensed milk
Step 4
Stir well and bring to a simmer until peaches have softened (approximately 10-15 minutes)

Remove from heat
Step 6
After peach filling has cooled, add filling to thawed puff pastry sheets
Step 7
Fold over into your desired shape
Step 8
Place in a skillet of hot oil over medium-high heat
Step 9
Fry on both sides until golden brown (3-4 min per side)
Step 10
Remove from oil, drain on a paper towel or rack
Step 11
When cooled drizzle with the sweetened condensed milk or top with ice cream
