Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan

Grate the zucchini and squeeze the water out
Step 3
Add the mashed banana, grated zucchini, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix until well combined

In a separate bowl mix together all the dry ingredients except the walnuts
Step 5
Add the dry to the wet and mix well
Step 6
Add the batter to the greased loaf pan and top with the chopped walnuts
Step 7
Bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Step 8
Let cool completely
