Boil water and butter in a pan.

When the water comes to a boil slowly add maida and mix till no lumps are left out

Now off the heat and slowly add the eggs one by one and mix the batter

Add the vanilla essence and mix the dough.

Now heat oil in a medium deep pan

Now fill the batter in a cloth piping with open star nozzle and pipe the batter into the hot oil

Let the churro cook and slowly rise to the top of the oil and remove it from the oil when it turns to a golden colour.

Now dust it with cinnamon powder and sugar

Now serve it with choclate syrup
