Step 1
1.) Wash moong dal throughly and add to instant pot. Add two cups of water and pressure cook for 12 mins.
Step 2
1.) Roast spices in 1 tbsp of ghee until you smell curry leaves and are browned slightly.
Step 3
2.) Take the dal from instant pot and smush with spoon. Add water until desired consistency.
Step 4
3.) Bring to boil and then add tadka. Boil for 5 more mins, add salt and enjoy with rice, veggies, or even plain!
