Instructions
Step 1
Boil water over high heat. Once boiling, place pasta in pot.
Step 2
In medium bowl, add beef, breadcrumbs, egg, sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Form into 1 inch balls.
Step 3
Heat medium skillet over medium-high heat, then place meatballs in. Turning them until each side is browned. Reduce heat to low and cover with lid for 15min.
Step 4
Drain pasta and return to skillet. Mix in olive oil and spaghetti sauce. Once meatballs are cooked, introduce them to the sauce, simmer for 5 more minutes then serve. Garnish with parsley.
