Instructions

Step 1
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and spray with a bit of olive oil
Step 2
Bake covered on 400 for 45 minutes and another 10 minutes uncovered
Step 3
Slice chicken into strips
Step 4
Cut into a wrap halfway through to the center to be able to fold into 4 quarters
Step 5
Place a handful of arugula and some sliced tomatoes on the first quarter and fold over
Step 6
Place chicken strips on next quarter and fold over
Step 7
Place avocado sliced on last quarter and fold over
Step 8
Spray pan with oil and sear wrap for 30-60 seconds a side until crispy
