Step 1
Cook chicken breast and shred. In a bowl mix shredded chicken and the remainder of ingredients. Scoop out enough to fill chaffle maker. Cook for about 2 minutes. Makes about 4 chaffles.
Step 2
Note: If you don’t care for spicy foods, replace hot sauce with your favorite sauce. May also need to replace the 1/2 c of mild cheese with another 1/2 c of mozzarella cheese. Depending on the flavor you are looking for.
