Instructions

Step 1
Mix the stockpot with the boiling water to dissolve
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine, adding more water if necessary to form a dough
Step 3
Roll into a log and wrap in foil, squeezing the ends together and forming into a tight log with as little air in as possible
Step 4
Place the log into a steamer and steam for 80-90 minutes
Step 5
Take out and oven roast for 10 minutes or air fry for 5 minutes or spit roast for 10 minutes to get out excess moisture
Step 6
Carve into king thin strips and serve as doner meat on chips or a kebab!
