Instructions

Step 1
Melt butter in pan over medium heat and let cook 1 min
Step 2
Whisk in flour, cook about 3 - 5 min
Step 3
Mix in warmed milk, 1/2 cup at a time
Step 4
Whisk continually until a little bubbly and then cook around 5 min
Step 5
Turn off heat and mix in parmesan and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, and italian seasonings)
Step 6
Serve over pasta
