Instructions

Step 1
Chop potatoes, chop onions and peppers, fry the potatoes on medium heat, when they are about done add the onions and peppers to the pan fry for a few more minutes, just long enough to make the onions golden, add spinach, put on low let sit for a few minutes and enjoy :)
