Step 1
Begin by plucking off 8 pieces of napa cabbage leaves and washing them under cold water.
Step 2
Place them on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes.

Then, separate your crabsticks with 2 forks.
Step 4
Smash 1/4 slice of tofu in the same bowl and mix thoroughly with the crabsticks

Lightly season with salt and pepper

After the cabbages have been microwaved, place them on a flat surface. Add a scoop of crab tofu mixture and roll.
Step 7
Whisk 1 egg into a bowl and gently dunk the cabbage rolls. Make sure all the cabbage roll is evenly coated with the egg.

Then on medium heat, drizzle oil and fry the cabbage rolls for 2 minutes each. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 9
While that's cooking, make your sauce! 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp vinegar, 1 Tbsp Korean chili flakes, chopped green onions and chili. Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds as well and mix.
Step 10
Place all the cabbage rolls neatly on a plate and spread the sauce on top. Enjoy!
