Instructions

Step 1
Season shrimp and scallops with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper and 1 tsp paprika. Sautรฉ the shrimp and scallops in 3 tbsp oil for a few minutes and then remove. Add more oil and sautรฉ the garlic and onions until fragrant. Add the tomato sauce, vodka, salt, pepper, garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Cook for 3 minutes. Add parmesan, heavy cream and pasta water and let it come to a boil. Add sugar, then add the pasta & butter and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the shrimp back to the pan, fresh basil and top with parmesan cheese.
