Smoked Salmon & Chorizo Salad

A simple salad with only one cooked element. serve with toasted rye bread. I used bistro salad and green olives and served the chorizo warm, but you can use any green salad/olives and serve hot or cold depending on your mood (or the weather!)

Step 1
Chop the chorizo into chunks and fry without oil until crispy. Toss the salad, tomatoes, and olives together with strips of smoked salmon. Drizzle with honey mustard dressing, then top with the Chorizo and serve with rye bread and butter.
