Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F
Step 2
Pat ribs dry and season
Step 3
Heat oil (med- high heat oil of choice) on med-high heat and sear ribs 3 mins on each side, be sure to brown edges too
Step 4
Set ribs aside
Step 5
Sauté veggies until soft, 5-7 mins and then add minced garlic
Step 6
Add seasonings and wet ingredients
Step 7
Add ribs back in, cover, and bake on 350F for 2 hours
Step 8
Add cornstarch slurry to thicken once done in oven
