Step 1
Mix onion granules, garlic powder, salt paprika and pepper, rub in to pork, leave in fridge overnight.
Put pork in slow cooker, add coke, cook on high for 2 hours, then switch to low for 5 hours.
Drain coke, only leaving a minimal amount, add desired amount of bbq sauce, leave on low for half hour. Then serve in rolls /muffins.... Whatever you choose
