Instructions
Step 1
Coarsely chop onion and garlic and fry over a medium heat 4 mins.
Step 2
Coarsely chop sausages and and add to pan, increasing to med high, for 7mins until sausage cooked.
Step 3
Add brandy, followed by tomatoes and paprika, bring to boil, and simmer for 10mins, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Cook pasta according to packet instructions, adding peas 3 mins before cooking time ends.
Step 5
Toss pasta and sausages together, garnish with herbs of your choice and serve with the Parmesan.
