Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2
Boil lasagna noodles
Step 3
While noodles are boiling brown beef add seasonings as desired, and drain

Add spaghetti sauce of your choice and set to side

In a casserole dish layer the lasagna, start with noodle and end with mozzarella. I layer noodles, beef, provolone, cottage cheese, mozzarella then repeat. The top layer will be noodle, beef then mozzarella.
Step 6
Cover with aluminum foil and "teepee" the top (so so cheese doesn't stick). Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.
