Mix together then need adding more flour to keep from sticking. Divide and roll out one half. Cut into thin strips or run through a pasta machine. Let set for a bit. Drop I into boiling water, broth or soup. Cook 20-30 minutes.
*** If possible, use fresh farm eggs, this gives the noodles a nice bright yellow color****
