Instructions
Step 1
Heat coconut oil in the bottom of a large soup pot over medium

Add cauliflower, asparagus, shallots, and garlic and cook until

cauliflower is tender and shallots are translucent.

Reduce heat to low.
Step 6
Stir in arugula, broccoli rabe, and watercress. Keep stirring over

low heat until leaves have brightened.
Step 8
Add broth.
Step 9
Working in batches, transfer soup to a blender, and puree until

smooth.
Step 11
Return to pot over low heat.
Step 12
Stir in coconut milk, lemon juice, rosemary, and salt and pepper.
