Instructions
Step 1
Wash rice, add to rice cooker and cook
Step 2
Take imitation crab meat and shred with a fork, once shredded chop into fine pieces and add to a bowl
Step 3
Add diced green onion, mayonnaise and sriracha into crab meat bowl and mix together
Step 4
Now add nori paper and sesame seeds into the crab meat mixture and set aside
Step 5
Once rice is finished add sesame oil into rice and give it a good mix
Step 6
Now add both the rice and crab mixture together and form into 1-2inch balls
Step 7
Place on plate and top with soy sauce or sushi sauce if your able to find it. Serve and enjoy
