Step 1
Preheat to 350 degrees F

Boil and dice chicken breasts
Step 3
In a bowl combine the soup, sour cream, boiled and diced chicken and mix together. or spoon mixture over the chicken.
Step 4
Next add poppyseeds and shredded cheese, mix again.
Step 5
Drizzle half of melted butter into baking dish.
Step 6
Add chicken mixture into baking dish.
Step 7
Crumble crackers and place on top of chicken.
Step 8
Next drizzle remaining butter onto casserole.
Step 9
Sprinkle with more poppyseeds and shredded cheese.
Step 10
Bake in oven for 30 minutes and enjoy!
