Instructions

Step 1
Add yeast and sugar to warm milk. Let bloom for 10 minutes

Combine flour, sugar, and salt
Step 3
Add butter and egg. Then add the yeast mixture.
Step 4
Mix then knead for 8-10 minutes or until smooth and not sticky.
Step 5
Add some flour to the work surface and knead for a little more.
Step 6
Oil the bowl, and add the dough in. Cover and proof for 1 hour.
Step 7
Punch out the air. Roll out the dough and cut into three equal pieces (or leave it as is).
Step 8
Fold in the sides into the centre and roll it into a log.
Step 9
Let proof for another 30-45 minutes.
Step 10
Bake in 170° preheated oven for 18-20 minutes.
