cut up 1 banana and cut the green bits off the strawberries or use frozen fruit which is what i used

add 1/2 cup of almond milk

add 1 tbsp of greek yoghurt
Step 4
add your fruit
Step 5
add 1/2 tsp honey and 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Step 6
blend until as thick as you want it
