Step 1

Cook rice in rice cooker until all done



Step 2

Place cooked rice in caserole add water and boil to tender, remember that rice will increase in volume once water is added so just cook as desired



Step 3

When the boiled cooked rice is sticky consistency add cocoa powder and honey or salt to taste, let it boil






Step 4

Let it cool down to desired temperature, add sugar, marshmallow, milk and raisins
