Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl mix the oil with the sugar. Then add the eggs and the vanilla.
Step 2
In a seperate bowl, mix the flour with the salt. Slowly add to the other bowl.
Step 3
Place your dough in a floured baking sheet and and roll it. Then transfer it to a baking tray and out it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Remove it from the fridge and cut your biscuits using a cirlce cutter. Using the back part of a fork, create small hearts in the middle of the biscuits
Step 5
Put jam in the hearts and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Let cool for 15 minutes and enjoy!
