For the base
150gflour
40gvegan vanilla protein
or flour
½ tspbaking powder
sweetener
I used flavordrops
40gbutter
vegan
50gunsweetened apple sauce
sugar-free
apricot jam
For the Topping
Instructions
Step 1
1. Combine ingredients for the dough first and knead until smooth. Place in the fridge covered with foil while you make the topping.
Step 2
2. Simply mix these 4 ingredients for the topping together and set aside.
Step 3
3. Then roll out the dough, spread apricot jam on top and then the nut topping.
Step 4
4. Bake at 180°C/ 360°F for 20min.
Step 5
5. Let them cool down and dip in dark chocolate if you want!
