Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2
Mix butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for two minutes.
Step 3
Remove from heat and add oats and flour. Mix until flour is no longer visible
Step 4
When mixture has cooled slightly, mix in egg, salt, and vanilla until evenly distributed.
Step 5
Drop into parchment lined cookie sheet by the teaspoon. Bake at 375 for 5-7 minutes.
