Instructions

Step 1
Slice eggplant put it on a hot pan just to get a little bitbof colour than fill it with feta,garlic and parsley and roll it
Step 2
Into basil pesto put some small mozzaerlla, stir it and then put it ona astick with salted cherry tomato
Step 3
toast bread and put on some bear pesto with a little bit of grind parmesan
