Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Prep muffin tray
Step 3
In a smaller bowl, mix flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice, salt, and cinnamon.
Step 4
In a bigger bowl, mix pumpkin and butter.

Step 5
Add eggs and vanilla to your pumpkin bowl.
Step 6
Combine with dry ingredients. Dough should be like a paste.
Step 7
2 spoonfuls of batter in each muffin wrapper, this is about halfway

Bake for about 20 min or until cleanly poked with a toothpick

To make the glaze (optional), mix 2 tbspn melted butter and 3/4 cup honey. Add in brown sugar per taste (I use about 2tbspn).
Step 10
Let thicken in freezer for 10 min. Shouldn't solidify!
Step 11
Use a spoon to drizzle glaze over muffins. Best to do this on a plate.
Step 12
Let cool. Glaze will settle and appear clear and Shiney.
