Step 1
Preheat oven to 450.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop garlic.
Step 3
In a large bown, combine, beef, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic, tomato paste, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to pan to bake.
Step 4
In another bowl, combine ketchup and cayenne pepper (add more or less pepper depending on how spicy you would like). Top meatloaf with ketchup mixture.
Step 5
Bake 20-30 minutes until done.
