Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the chicken with all ingredients under the header save for the bell pepper and chickpeas.
Step 2
In the meanwhile, start cutting up the veggies for the salad.
Step 3
Cook the chicken. In the meanwhile, add the sour cream and other ingredients to the bowl of veggies.
Step 4
Add the bell pepper to the chicken and cook together. In the mean time, warm up the wraps in the oven. When the chicken and pepper is cooked, add the chickpeas and cook for a few minutes to warm them up.
Step 5
Wrap the chicken with bell pepper and some raw canned tuna in a wrap with aluminum foil.
