Cook noodles
Step 2
Remove brats from casing
Step 3
Brown brats in skillet and remove from skillet
Step 4
In separate skillet Sauté onion until tender
Step 5
Melt butter in skillet
Step 6
Add flour and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
Step 7
Add beer and milk and stir until smooth
Step 8
Add onion, seasonings and brats and stir
Step 9
Add cheese and stir until melted
Step 10
Add noodles and combine (add extra beer/milk )for desired consistency
Step 11
Serve with chopped pretzels on top
