Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven with baking tray to 230°C.

Step 2
Infuse the oil with garlic. Cook until garlic just begins to turn golden, then strain and set garlic aside.
Step 3
Cut brussel sprouts in half and add to a bowl with the infused oil, salt and pepper. Toss until well coated.
Step 4
Place brussel sprouts on the baking tray, cut side facing down. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flip and bake for another 10 minutes until they’ve got your desired color.
Step 5
Add them back to the bowl, add the garlic from earlier and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Toss to combine.
Step 6
Serve immediately.
