Fresh spinach leaves

divided, keep the grease
goat cheese
Walnuts

Fresh mushrooms

Blackberries
or blueberries, or mandarin orange pieces

For the dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse and remove stems from spinach. Pat dry and place in bowl. Sprinkle walnuts, goat cheese, berries, and crumble bacon over it, chop eggs and spread over it. For dressing, heat bacon grease, cook onion until translucent, stir in mustard, two pieces crumbled bacon, vinegar and honey. Pour over salad, serve warm.
