Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 375F

Sauce

Step 2
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add broth. Bring to boil; cook and stir for 2 min until thickened. Stir in spices.

Chicken Mixture

In large bowl- combined cooked chicken, Monterey Jack cheese and 1/2 chili spice

Assemble

Step 4
Spoon 1/3 cup chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Roll up. Place seam side down in an ungreased 13x9" baking dish. Pour sauce over. Sprinkle with cheese
