I can’t even tell you how good your house will smell when you make this! Prep it the night before and bake the next morning, or bake right after you make it! Either way, you can’t go wrong with this recipe.

Instructions
Step 1
Grease a 9x12 baking dish and set aside
Step 2
Cut your brioche bread loaf into 1 inch cubes. Add to your baking dish
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, combine your eggs, half and half, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and 1 cup of chopped strawberries
Step 4
I like to use an immersion blender to blend the strawberries into the mixture, but you could just whisk it all together if you’d like.
Step 5
Pour this mixture over your bread and mix until all the bread is wet
Step 6
Cover with foil and place in the fridge over night
Step 7
The next morning, bake this at 350 degrees F while still covered in foil for 45 minutes
Step 8
Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes
Step 9
Once it’s done, garnish with remaining sliced strawberries, powdered sugar and syrup.
Step 10
If you want to make it the same day, let the bread soak in the wet mixture for at least 20 minutes before baking. Bake with the same instructions as listed above
