Instructions

Step 1
Dice green onions and set aside. Pound chicken to 1/2" thickness, season with salt and pepper to taste, and dredge in flour.
Step 2
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute chicken until browned on both sides, 5-7 minutes total. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
Add almonds to pan and toast, approximately 3 minutes. Add wine, and scrape up browned bits from pan bottom. Simmer until slightly reduced, about 3 minutes. Stir in butter. Sauce with thicken.
Step 4
Serve chicken topped with sauce and garnished with green onions.
