Instructions

Step 1
Heat a pan and put some butter on it.
Step 2
Toast your bread in a toaster. Fry your egg in the pan until properly cooked.
Step 3
Cut your avocado and mash it with some salt and pepper.
Step 4
Grate/cut as much cheese as you want.
Step 5
Butter the toast, put the mashed avocado on one slice, put the egg on after, and then the cheese. You may also put on tomato or cucumber.
Step 6
Put the other slice of toast on top and cut in half.
Step 7
Enjoy this medium healthy sandwich.
