Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oven to 160°C (fan oven)
Step 2
Grease a loaf tin with low fat spread
Step 3
Rub low fat spread into flour
Step 4
Add salt, bicarbonate of soda and cream of tartar and mix
Step 5
Add milk and mix well, until a dough like texture
Step 6
Bake in the oven for approximately 1 hour
