Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl combined all ingredients (except rice paper and oil). Gently fold together.
Step 2
In a shallow bowl, add water. Dunk rice paper in water for 15-20 seconds.
Step 3
Move rice paper to flat surface. Add one scoop of mixture. Fold top, then bottom, then sides of rice paper.
Step 4
In a skillet over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, fry on each side until crispy. Enjoy!
