Step 1
Gently steam the broccoli until soft.
Step 2
Mash the broccoli with cheese and milk, allow to cool.
Step 3
Serve with fresh tomato pieces. Chopped to the right size if using large tomatoes. Cherry tomatoes can be crushed with your fingers -but watch out they don’t explode all over you!
Step 4
Tip: This freezes well. Cows' milk should not be given as a drink, but can be used in cooking so if you want to switch formula out you can use whole cows' milk instead.
