Instructions

Step 1
Place chicken in bowl of hot water to defrost

Cut chicken in thin slices, slap knife on it a lot then pass boiling water on both sides. Squeeze lime on it and leave for 20 mins then pour cold water on it

Chicken marinate:

Place salt, pepper, chicken biryani, yoghurt, cumin, vinegar, olive oil, turmeric and garlic and mix

Dry the chicken

Marinate chicken by poking holes in it and flip side to side

Place in container and put in fridge

For wedges:

Peel, slice and wash potatoes

Preheat oven to 200°C

Pour olive oil, chilli flakes, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, pepper, coriander powder and wedges spice in a bowl and mix

Place all wedges in bowl and marinate

Place in oven for 30-40 mins

Wash all vegetables and slice, leaving the red onion to last

Break eggs in bowl and whisk

Pour flour and turmeric together

Pour breadcrumbs in separate bowl

Take chicken out, place in flour then eggs then breadcrumbs

Deep-fry in frying pan on medium-high heat with 1/4 cup of olive oil

Then if necessary place in oven for fully cooked
