Instructions

Step 1
In a pan, add oil
Step 2
Once hot, add the ribs and fry it for 15 minutes once cooked set aside
Step 3
On the same pan, add the star anise and cinnamon stick, onion, ginger, chili, garlic
Step 4
Add the rice wine, oyster sauce, dark and light soy sauce then sugar
Step 5
Once simmer add the cooked ribs and cook for additional 15 minutes
