Instructions

Step 1
Layer chicken in bottom of crockpot. Mix beer can chicken rub and water and pour over chicken, mixing to coat.
Step 2
Add chicken stock. Add celery, carrots and onions. Top with butter, then add all cans of soup.
Step 3
Cook on high for 4.5 hours.
Step 4
Stir pot to break up chicken and mix contents. Add frozen peas.
Step 5
Cut biscuits into fours to make dumplings. Add dumplings and mix in, adding pepper to taste.
Step 6
Cook on high for 1.5 hours.
