3 ⅔ cupsketchup
¾ cupchili sauce
⅔ cupbrown sugar
packed
¼ cupcider vinegar
3 tablespoonsworcestershire sauce
3 tablespoonsdijon mustard
2 tablespoonslemon juice
1 tablespoonliquid smoke

Instructions
Step 1
In medium bowl, mix all sauce ingredients; set aside.
Step 2
Spray 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Place pork in cooker. Spoon about 11⁄2 cups sauce evenly over sections.
Step 3
Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 to 7 hours (or on High heat setting 3 hours to 3 hours 30 minutes) or until almost tender.
Step 4
Remove pork from cooker; place in shallow dish. Drain and discard liquid from cooker. Return pork to cooker; spoon remaining sauce evenly over each section. If needed, reduce heat setting to Low; cover and cook 1 hour longer.
